EUREGHA Showcases ONCODIR at the European Week of Regions and Cities

EUREGHA actively participated in the European Week of Regions and Cities 2025, the annual flagship event of the European Commission dedicated to regional development and cohesion policy. During the week, EUREGHA co-organised the session “Where it Matters: Investing in Regions to Shape the Future of Health in Europe,” which brought together regional representatives, policymakers, and health stakeholders to discuss how regional investment can drive innovation and equity in health systems across Europe. In addition to the session, EUREGHA hosted a dedicated exhibition stand, offering  participants the opportunity to learn more about its initiatives and partnerships, including the ONCODIR project. The stand showcased ONCODIR’s work on developing data-driven and AI-powered tools to support cancer prevention and improve public health outcomes, highlighting the role of regions in translating research and innovation into tangible benefits for citizens.
